How do I return a product?
Returns are accepted within thirty(30) days from the date you received your package as long as the watch/strap is in the same condition as when you received it. A copy of the original sales receipt is required to establish proof of purchase. Please contact us for further information on how to move forward with your return. Keep in mind we’re a small, tight-knit group, and we wear many hats (and watches of course). Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Thank you.
